 Hi Birddog,
quite the schedule you have put together. Sounds like a great day, looking forward to it even more. I've been to a few of those areas, very well chosen. Note that we will need a Great Lakes Shire permit for the beach and a day pass for the Myall Lakes National Park, if you don' t have a yearly Nat Park pass. thanks for all the organisation, radar

 All organized! Birddog114

Sorry that I missed you birdy just opened 2 weeks or emails .Here is a little taste of Hawks Nest .This shot was taken at the Little Gibba which is the far north end of the beach turn off the Mungo Brush road at Lemontree LOZ

Loz - nice pic, but your horizon isn't straight I'm looking forward to returning to this area in a 4WD (last time we had my Mazda6 along so no off road) Peter Disclaimer: I know nothing about anything. *** smugmug galleries: http://www.stubbsy.smugmug.com ***

Maybe there will be a 10 minutes bargain same as at the twilight meet before Xmas. " You name you get" Birddog114
VNAF, My Beloved Country and Airspace

 Yuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmm
I'll bring some French Canadian beers, we'll have to wait till back at the DPR, at 8-9%, your certainly can't drive when you have those beers Thanks Thanh for all your efforts. It's going to be a great outing. What's this "You name you get" bargain? I wasn't at the Christmas mini-meet. Cheers, Andre

It means; You name a 2Gb card at $100.00 and you'll get it at $100.00 same as at the twilight meet, members named, called or gave the price which they want to purchase the available bargaining items and they received them. Birddog114
VNAF, My Beloved Country and Airspace
Wow, how does that work, Birdy?
You wouldn't sell a 70-200VR for $100 though (would you? ) This sounds like a great trip - have fun, guys!

I doubt it! It depends on and based on the inhand stocks! Birddog114
VNAF, My Beloved Country and Airspace
Could be there's a Tokina 12-24 for a very surprised price tag, and other bits & pieces too. Birddog114
VNAF, My Beloved Country and Airspace
This event has everything. Great locations, food, company... and the chance of some good bargains too (for those with money after christmas ) Thanh, I would like to come if possible. If there isn't any room left I may have to bring my 4WD! The winch might come in handy HB

HB, Sorry, This has been booked out and no more booking is taken! Perhaps, the next one. Birddog114
VNAF, My Beloved Country and Airspace

Now he tells me Still, got my Tokina for Christmas, very I'll have to wait to see what else there is and bring the little money that I have left after Christmas

Well, you haven't show us how the Tokina 12-24 affect your photography passion? where are the photos? Maybe a 10.5 FE is on the list also. Birddog114

As Andre said - we're coming up bright and early on the Saturday morning. I won't be making it for dinner as you know since I have other engagements. Peter Disclaimer: I know nothing about anything. *** smugmug galleries: http://www.stubbsy.smugmug.com ***

So, you'll be out for Saturday evening? am I correct? Birddog114
VNAF, My Beloved Country and Airspace
I have just got internet access after about a month or so due to packing up ready for our big trip. Am I right in assuming that it is too late to be included in this trip, even if we have our own transport? If not I would like to be considered and would have a few spare seats.
 Ben

Sorry Birddog, thought I'd mentioned this when we last met. I'm coming up on the Saturday morning with Andre so the Friday dinner is out and I'm at a friend's place for dinner on the Saturday night so that's out too. I'll just be going to the outing.
