I discovered Pixvue today... It's a multi-talented FREE utility that does the following:
- improves Windows Explorer to provide more info on your photos
- allows viewing of the full EXIF, XMP & IPTC tags
- allows addition / editing of XMP tags
- improves the windows search feature to use the full tags
- viewing of photos
- virtual galleries
- watermarks
- more
The only problem is that it only seems to work with JPGs, not NEFs - but maybe this'll come in a future version...
EDIT... Actually I just saw that it does support NEF & other Raw formats... now I just need to find out how
Give it a try...

Had a quick peek and downloaded it for a possible rainy day... can't see any evidence of raw support though... where did you see that mentioned???

I can get the Exif data from my RAW files so I guess it's supported. It also previews the photo, but it's slow as hell to do it.
I like the ability to see the exif data though.
Good find.
