POTW 21-Jan-2007

Each week, one of the moderators or administrators selects an image that, for whatever reason, catches their eye. Please feel free to add your comments here. Vigorous discussion of the images and techniques is welcome and encouraged. Criticism of any mod for their choice is not. Please note that this is "Picture of the Week"; do not confuse that with "best picture of the week", which is a concept of which we have no understanding.

TonyT wins the coveted title today with this image which was one of a series.....a brave series but they just work so nicely. I love the abstraction of a familiar topic that takes you into another mindset. In this image, and I don'r know why, I see an abstract Ned Kelly running toward the police.....almost as if the image dripped off the hogs air brush of Sidney Nolan.
Take your art and see where it leads you Tony. Nice job!

Very unusual, even strange image but effective. I'm sure it's worse than Tony's bite... :biglaugh:
