Forget breakfast tomorrow, obviously.

While I know you've probably put a lot of hard work into this, Thanh... have you ever sat next to my Dad?

Have you ever done it and been his son?!?!?!?!

Screw that!

Besides... Philo wanted to share the lobster I won't eat and Stubbsy trains me on wine!!!

Leigh,
I've known and learned you won't sit there still with other activities which you're going to engage.

And stubbsy can give you more learning curve on wine tasting at his private cellar

Just in case it's vinegar I have a Pyrus (can't remember the vintage, but at least 7 y.o.) as backup previously left at birdy's. Unless it has cork taint, the Limestone Ridge should be superb.

OK So if I find another in your cellar I'll take it off your hands. WOuldn't want you to taste too much vinegar.

Dear all,

This is Belinda, Geoff's other half, here.........very excited about the dinner tommorrow night & and very thankful to all who obviously put so much effort into organising such events !! (:

A quick FYI to abovementioned organisers/anyone interested:
Louise, Scott, Geoff & I are making our way to the dinner together however i just wanted to let all know that i finish work @ 5.30pm, on the Northern Beaches, and even though the three Amigo's and i will head straight to the dinner from my workplace in Brookvale there is obviously some chance (considering Friday night traffic & that the trip takes 50mins at the best of times) that we will arrive a little after 7pm.

Regardless we ARE coming and we WILL be trying our hardest to get there on time (Geoff may get booked several times in the process but Hey - no pain no gain).

Seeing as i am not officially a member i best get off the forum now, looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night.

Belinda (:

You know, I'm going to steal a seat on the table with the best wine or the table with Philo on it so she can eat my lobster.

And the rest of the night I'll bounce back and forth on the Shoutcast feed, provided I can get it working...

Pls. note:
As with my experiences, finding a parking spot for tonight at surrounding car parks will be struggle with late arrival, so be prepared to drive around the area if you could not spot one, mostly the road around Hurstville is One Way Road.

Apart from on street parking, there're:

A parking lot at corner Dora St & Queens Road (Last year Xmas party).
A parking lot on MacMahon St, next to Hurstville Council Office
or park your car at Hurstville Westfield shopping Centre.

For people travelling by train to Hurstville:
As soon as you come out Hurstville train station (Forest Road), cross the street and walk up to your left hand side, the restaurant is five minutes from the set of light of pedestrian crossing.

Peter,

How's about these:

Wolf Blass 1978 Cabernet Sauvignon (45% Shiraz)
and
Wynns Coonawarra 1987 Cabernet Sauvignon

Can the Limestone and Pyrus substituted by the above ?
