Symmetry & Leading Lines
Posted: Sun Oct 19, 2008 5:41 pmTwo images from a recent walk around Circular Quay. This is the type of shot I'm a sucker for I love the symmetry of both and the strong leading lines of the second.
I notice in the first shot that it is 10 past 9.
Seriously though....good examples of symmetry and leading lines as compositional elements. Apart from that however I don't find anything that grabs my interest.......except perhaps the time although there is nothing significant about it. You need to go back when the lighting is more dramatic and perhaps consider B&W instead of colour to jazz these up.
