Personally I'm not happy with the harsh shadow from the on-camera speedlite, but I can live with it.

Fun memories from these images Brett.
I agree with you though, the harsh shadows kill the images for me but they have a fun element to them and will be a record of your son's first steps. Great shots for the 21st.
