What a great sunset last night. I stopped off at Queenscliff Lagoon just as after the sun set. I thought that it may be a good snap but was not overly impressed. I took a few shots and walked back to my car and then turned around. This is what I saw



No PP saturation. Shot in RAW and underexposed by two stops.

Yesterday provided the most spectacular sunrise and sunset I've seen in a long time. Absolutely spectacular. And I was driving to/from work both times with nowhere decent I could think of to capture the event and do it justice. I was wondering at the time whether anybody else was able to get some fantastic shots. Great to see that you've done just that.

Thanks for the image Sheila. My wife's family live in Queenscliff Rd above the lagoon so that picture really hit home. I will have to show it to her.

Beautiful shot Sheila - not sure if it's my monitor or not (not calibrated), but on mine appears a tad oversaturated?
Still a stunner though
