I went out for a wonder last weekend at 7 (missed the sunrise!) and it looks ok.

There are a number of unique and non-unique elements available for composition. I am not sure how it will fare in high tide. [I think our options will be less but will be limited to the unique elements]

I know for a fact that coogee pools are better with high tide so can move up there in 5 minutes if required.

:rotfl2: I reckon he is a all round nice guy. He runs seascape/lightpainting courses if anyone is interested.

For the record, this is a nice location in high tide.

We had 1.4m or so and it was pretty good.

I reckon it will offer a different set of images at tides of 2m or more....

This was quite a good morning, excellent location and so easy to get to, you can literally park at the top and just walk down. It was a clear morning with no cloud unfortunately, however, I think would make quite the speculator location with some clouds and some serious swell. There are quite a few options for different compositions with the varying rock features, I could not cover them all in one morning.

Good for also getting your toes wet too! Just ask Suren ;)

I have not even looked at the pictures yet but will post a few up when I get a chance.

I am glad my mobile phone is still working... :P I had to wash and tumble-dry my pants before the anniversary meet. I think they have shrunk a bit in the drying process.
I also had two close calls with my camera. Hmm... Time to get a rain cover of some sort for the camera.

I visited my friend who has just moved to Coogee, and will almost certainly have a look at this location in the near future.
