Placed order online Monday lunchtime and arrived 11am the next day. What I did like, is that each stock item shows whether in stock, or date when due. Stock is grey, but the saving on this item was so much that it is worth the chance. Plus their warranty is as follows:

I second that. Ordered Lowepro bag and got it delivered within 3 business days.

I haven't tried their warranty though. Usually trouble comes when you try to claim something under warranty not when they issue you the warranty. :mrgreen:

I third that........I've ordered a few things though them and service is very good,quick delivery and very helpful over the phone.I didnt have any issues at all returning a Black Rapid strap that had some defective stitching,they even upgraded it and sent the newr model......

Yes, the bag does have a lifetime warranty.
MACK uses the Camera Clinic in Melbourne to service their warranties.
