I mentioned them in previous posts, but thought I do it again here.
Hong Kong based seller, sells via Ebay.
Excellent prices, very quick shipping & emails.
Bought 2 items from them (SB800 & Sigma 105EX), highly recomended.

Cheers

I paid $506.99 - including shipping & insurance. Also got hit with customs fee of $50.70 :(
They came down in price now so you can pick one up for around $450 including shipping.
Never used SB600, but love my SB800. Worth every cent.
SB600 can't be used as wireless master, doesn't come with diffuser dome or bounce card (very handy), no modeling flash, doesn't tilt down (handy in macro shooting)
SB-800 will also accept an external battery pack.
If I had to buy it all over again I would still go for SB800.
If I was buying second flash SB600 would be my choice.

Cheers

I've just got another two SB800 from them yesterday, not thru ebay but via old email that I bought stuff from them previously.

work out $425.00/ each with shipping. (I have two SB-800 and need one more and one is off to my friends).

Same day I got the Markin Ballhead 20 EUR$365.00= AU$648.59 from Nikonians.org

Got all them thru Australia Post/ no GST in all of them, just signed the registry book and walkaway for both package.

My lucky day still!

Once again, they're excellent.

I received my SB-800 today from them. Took one week from when I ordered. They answered all of my e-mails promptly. I paid no GST but it was opened by customs. Cost was $491 including shipping and insurance. Very happy! Now I just have to work out how to use the bloody thing! :?

Hi Birddog,

Decided that it might be time to grab an SB800 and went searching DigitalRev... looks like they only have the SB600 listed, yet it was only a few days ago you mentioned getting a couple extra from them!!!
Any thoughts? I think it's a fair bet that if that's where you've purchased then their likely to have the best price, but it's hard to order something unlisted.

cheers,

Michael.

Hi Michael

Just keep looking at their site - products change constantly and the SB800 should show up again within a short time - the last price shown was I believe $425.00

Checked with them again, they're now selling at $450.00, they mentioned that no stock atm, perhaps price is gone up due to no stock, got the two SB800s early last week but I ordered and paid on the 6th or 7th Oct.

Prices are fluctuation atm, due to lot of demand, I chatted with one of my contck in HKG this morning, he said not enough supply with the grey import, and ask me to standby.

I think last time i checked, you could get one sent from bhphotovideo.com for roughly $475 including shipping and all, and as its < $500 sent via USPS no gst "Should" be attracted..
