Ringaround action

This action makes a colour and density ring around from a selection of your print. It can be very useful for determining the final colour balance of your image and may save you a lot of printing paper. Download the action called "testprint" and put it into the actions folder in the Adobe PS folder. Make a SQUARE SELECTION FROM YOUR PRINT and run the action and make a print. Avoid selecting anything with too much detail...just go for a skintone or other vital colour.

Still no go. The link let's me download testprint.jpg which I'm assuming is a sample of what the action can do, but there's not .atn file anywhere I can see.
