Hi Bernie,

How did you come about this site?

Looking at it, they have a grand total of ... just the one case.

The domain registration says that the registration basis is that of a registered business, rather than any sort of a consumer authority. While I cannot see the commencement date of the domain registration, the last modification date of the registration is late August, and the site seems to be hosted at Hostgator, which is under the same management umbrella as Bluehost. That is, it's a US$100/year shared hosting solution.

That doesn't seem, to me, to fit the profile that a serious consumer site would have.

Call me a cynic, but I smell a dissatisfied customer trying to get their own back.

In saying that, I have no real reason to doubt the veracity of what's said on this site, but to me, something doesn't quite seem right.
