A 'BIG' Thank you

Postby fozzie on Tue Mar 29, 2005 8:47 am

I would like to take this opportunity the thank everyone at the 'Easter Saturday Meet' for making me welcome :) . I have reframed from using names in case I leave someone out.

Special thanks to the Host and Hostess 'Mr & Mrs Birddog': truly magnificient and generous people, Steve 'Killakoala' for his taxi service and guided tour from the Naval Base to Opera House an back, and to Chris 'sirhc55' for 'Mini Macro Meet' and lunch yesterday at his house.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and look forward to meeting you all again in August, 2005.

Footnote: And to Birddog114, thank you for making my wallet lighter.

Sounds like you enjoyed yourself Fozzie - was dissappointed not to have been there to meet you, but had family committments up north.

Will have to get over to Adelaide sometime to say hi!

Shame I didn't get to meet you Fozzie. I'm glad to see birddog had the same effect on you as everyone else who visits both in the pluses (hospitality) and the minuses (lighter wallet) :D

Fozzie - this forum reminds me of the mini series ”Brothers in Arms” - through a common interest we are brothers and sisters and this only adds to the joy of photography and new friendships.

Have a good day (you know what I mean) and tomorrow - HAPPY BIRTHDAY :D :D :D :D :D :D
Chris
