Burgos (Spain)

I took the picture of this week from the castle hill that overlooks the ancient and medieval city of Burgos. I like this photo because it blends old traditions and religious beliefs represented by the massive old cathedral bang in the middle of an old and medieval city and the need for new technology and more efficient ways represented by modern apartment buildings and the wind turbines in the horizon.

If only we get rid of those crazy wind turbines ... :)

I love Spain and this photo is Espania. I can't wait to get back there to see all my friends in Castille Leon region.

Thank you Ozi. Burgos is in what we used to call "Old Castille" and now Castille-Leon.
Now, I like this photo precisely because of its crazy blend of old buildings in the foreground and new more comfortable building and new technology in the background.
