Re: MMM01-Big RedOh no was it a weekender weekend this weekend!! Dammit...
These are great Shane.... the moth is better than great.. its excellent!.. but do you always have so many flavoured milks in your fridge?.. The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but it's still on the list...
Re: MMM01-Big RedShane,
I love the shallow DOF on the moth, with the detail in the moth's head. I think the flower needs to have the background a little more out of focus as there are some distracting elements. Brilliant idea for mayhem. Did you try taking the crabs head on? I think it might have worked a bit better that way. If you drink all that milk, you'll be awake until the next mid month madness.
Re: MMM01-Big Red
Nope, this one is called Mid Month Madness. His Weekend series should reappear in two weeks. I pinched Shane's idea with permission so we could have two goes in the month, mainly because the one weekend had too many people saying "sorry can't make it this month". Rules are slightly different - Entries can be taken and posted at any time after the themes are listed, and since I don't have a fancy blower or, for that matter, a hat I wrote a little computer program to pick the topics from a list. I am more than happy to receive more topics too (hint hint)
I did notice they are all coffee flavoured. Explains a lot Greg

Re: MMM01-Big RedThanks Bindii ... i only have one shelf of iced coffee in the fridge ... the rest are filled with ... umm ... err .... they're empty
Thanks ATJ ... i tried a larger aperture but the stamens were then out of focus. Shane
