Early morning walkI recently decided to take up photography and purchased a shiny new 40D. After dwelling on the subject for long enough i have finally decided to try my chances at posting some photos - so here goes!
Here are some of the results of an early morning walk on the weekend: Comments and criticism welcome! Thanks Jason Jason
Re: Early morning walkreally like the composition of the last one and the conversion as well. all the photos look very serene.

Re: Early morning walk I think the last one is crying out for some sun rays and perhaps some fog..
Re: Early morning walkHi Jason - I love the last 2 shots - the second last one has so much hidden in the darkness - if you have a little play in PS, it actually comes up a treat (have sent you a pm). The last shot is great, and you've handled the tones well - looking forward to seeing some more shots from you

Re: Early morning walkAbout time you managed to post some photos! Getting me out of bed early and all for the occasion...
I really do love that fourth one, a nice capture all round. I will have to run through my photos that I took that morning and see if I got any good ones! Tristan Canon User

Re: Early morning walkYou could put the fourth one on a stock photography site...
The 4th is my favorite by the way - like it how the lines lead my eyes through the shot. Good Job. James Canon 30D, Canon 17-55 f/2.8,Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS, Canon 50mm f/1.8, 580exII
