Pentax 110 system
Bought this Transparent model last year and took some pics of it today.
In case your wondering ... yes it still takes pics  film is pretty hard to find for it though  .It has a range of interchangeable lenses and is not much bigger than a mobile phone, be nice if they made a digital version.
