Ken Rockwell reviews the D200!!

Is there anything good old Kenny wont review? We all know of his tendency to review lenses that he hasn't even used, but just to strain his server a little more, he's reviewed a camera that doesn't even exist :o

It's not really a review... just a statement of what everyone else who's expecting this camera already knows.
