Thanks birddog.
Have you or any one ells, seen or used this head??

I have it last year until last June, it worked well for me at that time, like it very much, I got all three items:
-the 322RC2 + 332RS Electronic shutter + Quick release assembly

but passed the Manfrotto stuff to my best friend, after I found this:

and this:

and this for my D2H (BD2-L) + D100 (MBD100L) L bracket

I've just got the new Tripod Gitzo 1325 + The Markin Ball head (Part of the deal on Father Day). Very solid, sturdy, smooth, ain't cheap! I need this because it'll support my future big glasses (200-400VR/ 200/2 AFS VR or the rumor of the new 300/2 AFS VR).

Raydar,
The Manfrotto is OK, but if money is not big object than the RRS is recommended, they are more modern, creative and very competitive with their gears than the Manfrotto. Their base is just about 2 blocks away from my In-laws in the States. I met the owner of the business, very creatively guy.

Raydar,
Utilize what you have, I have a bug in my blood called "lust" in my hobbies, but it brings joy to my life and my family.
Technology changes very quickly and you have lot of opportunities to see what your needs. I have lot of surpluses in my possession: flight gears (Flight helmets, flight suits, Flight survival vest + accessories, electronics devices etc...), camping gears, Aircraft models, Wine, Painting. But only one wife as she last and my life is dedicated to her.
