Jet Sprint Racing Cabarita 23rd of September 2007....

For any of you togs that may be interested the Jet Sprint Races are on at Cabarita the 23rd of September...thats next Sunday for those of you who don't have a calendar... its a great day out for photography especially at this track as its laid out so that you are close enough to capture the action..

Cost is $20 for adults... children are $5...to get in and food and drink is for sale although you can bring in your own if you like... if your coming make sure you say hi to me.. for all you Queenslanders don't forget they are running on NSW time down there so don't be late... the action starts at 7.30am... and generally runs till about 4 ish... oh a gold coin donation will get you in the pit in the lunch break too... :)

I covered this event in Nov 2005 in Melbourne and it was a great event to photograph. I think it was Wayne (Prostich) who also attended. Only minutes after deciding that 3 hours of walking the circuit was enough and the rain started to fall I left. Wayne stayed and got the money shot. One of the jet boats flipped and he got the shot (hehehe lesson learn't).

If you have the chance to attended I would recommend going.
