I would like to thank everyone who was @ the Adelaide zoo anzac day march mini meet
It was nice meeting everyone in person finely.
Thanks to fozzie for a lend on his 70-200vr 2.8 with 1.4 tele converter . was hard to go back to my kit lens lol
I learnt quit a few things on the day as well as being with good people

I was also great meeting up with you and also your wife, Barbara and Family :)

It was an excellent day all round, good company, weather, and venues.

The ideas behind these meeting is the sharing of equipment, ideas etc.

I am surprised I was handed back my 70-200VR + TC :lol: glad you enjoyed it.

To me all your shots need more fill flash. As we discussed the need for a SB-600/800 would help to bring out the eyes and bring the shots more to life.

yes u are right fozzie & that is next on the to buy list
But it wont be the 800 i will be getting the 600
And i handed it back as i didnt want to overstep using someone elses equipment. If i could have i wouldnt have handed it back @ all lol
and it was the 300mm prime lol
Again was nice meeting you all & fozzie it will be harder to give it back on the 9th of May ok hahahahahah

like you I am indebted to Fozzie for his genoristy and the rest of the crew for their invaluable help.

one day mere mortals like you and I will be posting super pics and helping out new comers!!

am making progress on the 80 - 200 front tho the imges and feel of the 300 f4 are still very strong!

yes both looked and felt good on my D50
alas i handed it back lol with regret hahahahah
the 70-200 2.8 is sooooooooo fast
all my future lenes will be 2.8 or less
looking @ the 105 @ the moment as well
